  so strange that last night my experience was bothering me so much i posted about it here.

  this morning my mother sent me a friend request after 20 months of no communication from her.

  New Study Exposes Acupuncture As Pseudoscience

  besides it being pseudoscience, what interests me about this is that even though it's something to do with the "qi" energy flowing in our bodies, that wasn't a problem for some members of my family or a special pioneer i knew.. new study exposes acupuncture as pseudoscience.

  I have gone for acupuncture quite a few times. I feel less stressed after it so that works for me.

  Cofty, I love that chart! I'm going to print one out and out it next to my logical fallacies chart.

  I started doing yoga with meditation last year. It was somewhat of a last resort, in dealing with a difficult teen. The meditation made a huge, noticeable difference in my demeanor and became an excellent coping skill.

  My daughter had some sore back issues and after two visits to the chiropractor she was back to normal. She also tried acupuncture And says she saw no difference.

  my husband on his own went out and got fireworks for our daughter and her friend to set off tonight.

  he did this with no prompting at all from me.

  in fact, i get nervious around fireworks, so i grimiced a bit when he told me.. but, wow, again, if this is another step showing he is not allowing himself under the complete spell of the wt.

  i say goodbye to all of you because of the tremendous pressure from my family members who are jws.. anyhow, i enjoyed my association with you for a short period!

  it is part of life, as the bible says: we are all temporary residents here (hebrews 11:13).

  this is my favorite scripture that has helped me to remain always balanced and equi-poised, helping me not to be greedy towards things or people expecting from them too much!.

  that seems to be a disturbingly high number for a western / educated / developed nation.. does this have anything at all to do with america slipping behind in the sciences?

  it seems hard to imagine they could not not be linked somehow.. no surprise that the jesus party (republicans) reject evolution the most.

  What does 2014 mean to you

  sometime in the early 1990s i made a commitment to myself that if the end did not come in 2014 i was going to walk away.

  then i started thinking - if i waited until 2014 i would be 57 years old with very few options.

  that is when i realized that i needed to make changes to get my life back.

  Happy New Year! I woke up, at 36, this year. I had already been saving for retirement and planing teen daughters college education... Once I learned TTATT I started planning mine. Wide awake and loving it.
